Security Response to Acts or Imminent Threats of Violence

Upon notification by a tenant of an act or imminent threat of violence occurring on the property Security will:

  • Notify Fairfax County Police for response and assistance.
  • Stand-by to assist Fairfax County Police as directed.
  • Summon Fairfax County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), if appropriate.

Security officers do not have the authority to restrain or arrest suspects.
