Service Elevator Reservations

At least one (1) week prior to any tenant move, the tenant should reserve a service elevator by submitting the request via www.bptenantservices.com, or by emailing RTCPM@bostonproperties.com.  


If website access is not available, call Property Management at (703) 579-6720.  An hourly fee will be charged to the tenant for an elevator operator.  If a scheduling conflict precludes exclusive elevator use, an alternate time may be necessary.
