Building Improvements and Renovations

  • All building improvements and renovations must be planned and completed in compliance with the Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.
  • All plans must be reviewed and approved in advance by Property Management.  A Property Management Representative will be assigned to the project as a contact for building services coordination.
  • The General Contractor will be issued, and is required to sign for, a copy of the Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.  By signing, the contractor is acknowledging receipt of, and compliance with, all listed regulations, terms, and conditions.
