Located seven miles from Dulles International Airport off Reston Parkway, South Of Market is in the urban core of prestigious Reston Town Center, a 1.8 million square foot mixed use complex of office, specialty retail, dining, cinema and hotel facilities.

South of Market is comprised of two 10-story buildings and one 6-story building, each having ground-floor retail and office above. The three buildings sit on top of a common, two-level, below-grade parking structure.
